Apostille Services
Documents headed overseas? I’m specially trained in apostilles and coordinate the process with the Idaho Secretary of State.
What is an apostille?
An apostille is a certificate that authenticates a document so it will be recognized in another country that belongs to the Hague Convention. It’s commonly needed for documents used abroad — and the requirements are strict, so small mistakes can cause costly delays.
This is an area many notaries avoid because it’s confusing. I’m not one of them. I’m experienced in preparing and notarizing documents correctly for apostille and coordinating with the Secretary of State so your paperwork is accepted the first time.
Common documents needing an apostille
- Powers of attorney for use abroad
- Corporate and business documents
- Documents for overseas adoptions
- Study and work visa paperwork
- International real estate documents
- Personal affidavits and declarations
